We are very pleased to announce the release of our new community health reports for Pawtucket and Central Falls. These reports are a collaborative effort with the Rhode Island Department of Health and are designed to serve as a valuable data resource for stakeholders, policymakers, and healthcare professionals.
This report aims to provide an overview of the current public health outcomes in these two Rhode Island communities using specific local data on demographics, socioeconomics, educational outcomes, maternal and child health conditions, immunization coverage, and health risk behaviors to help identify significant health challenges, their contributing factors, and determine areas that require immediate attention. This report is intended to be a valuable tool for advancing public health, promoting health equity, and improving the overall well-being of these communities.
